Your WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport Prize

Congratulations on winning your ClubWPT Passport and entry to the 2023 WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas! Please review the information below to help manage your time while in attendance.

How To Get To Wynn Las Vegas

Driving:

For best route based on current traffic conditions, use your favorite mobile mapping service, such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, or MapQuest. Based on traffic conditions, expect it to take approximately 20 to 30 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport.

Parking is subject to availability. Rates may vary. For more information about parking at Wynn Las Vegas, click here.

Taxis

Depending on traffic conditions and time of day, the fare to and from Wynn Las Vegas should cost between $30 and $45 (plus tip).

Designated Taxi Pick-Up Locations:

Terminal 1 – Taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-4.
Terminal 3 – Taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero.

Rideshare (Lyft and Uber)

Rideshare shuttle services are an economical way to get from Harry Reid International Airport to Wynn Las Vegas. Fares using Lyft or Uber, cost around $25-$35 (depending on demand).

Designated Rideshare Pick-Up Locations:

Terminal 1 – Level 2M in the Terminal 1 parking garage.
Terminal 3 – Valet Level in the Terminal 3 parking garage.

Public Bus Transportation

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) provides bus service to and from Harry Reid International Airport. For RTC route information, schedule & maps, click here.

Hotel & Room Information

Each ClubWPT qualifier who won a $12,500 WPT® World Championship Passport will receive three (3) nights hotel stay at Wynn Las Vegas.

Check-In › Monday, Dec 11 @ 3:00 PM (early check-in dependent on availability but luggage can always be left in advance at the Bell Desk.)
Check-Out › Thursday, Dec 14 @ 11:00 AM (if need be, luggage can be left at the Bell Desk for pickup later in the day.)

PLEASE NOTE: Should you make Day 2 of the WPT® World Championship – and we hope you do 😎 – it will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023. And we do encourage you to make a reservation in case you make Day 2 and beyond.

Any qualifier who makes Day 2 of the WPT® World Championship will receive an additional $1,000 bonus check mailed to them after the event to help cover any additional night(s).

All hotel room related taxes & daily resort fees will be covered as part of your ClubWPT Passport for the three (3) nights listed above. Any additional charges and incidentals (e.g. room service, mini bar) will be the sole responsibility of the ClubWPT member.

Please ensure you have a valid credit card and government issued photo ID upon check-in. Wynn Las Vegas may charge a deposit for your room upon check-in. The deposit will be refundable after you check out provided the terms of your stay are met. Accrued fees and charges as a guest may be deducted from this amount if necessary. After you check in Monday, December 11, if you have time, follow the posted signs to the tournament area to get a feel for the property and the event area.

Should you wish to continue your stay past the three (3) nights provided as part of your ClubWPT Passport, you need to book and pay directly with Wynn Las Vegas or another area property of your choosing.

Wynn and Encore Resort Rooms

Fully-stocked minibars are provided in each guest room, but are not intended for storage of personal items. Stocked items are billed to the guest's account as used. Use the supplied ice bucket in the room (or bring your own) to fetch ice from the machines provided on each floor to avoid disputes at check-out. There are convenience stores located inside hotel and casino property.

Smoking is allowed on the casino floor in designated areas only, outside in the patio and pool areas, and on designated hotel floors. NOTE: There is a cleaning fee of up to $1,500 charged for smoking in rooms designated non-smoking. Marijuana products are prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the resort.

Your WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Tournament Entry

ClubWPT will process the $10,400 WPT® World Championship tournament entry ticket for you. All ClubWPT qualifiers will be playing the Day 1B flight on Wednesday, December 13 @ 11:00 AM.

NOTE: All entrants are required to have a Wynn Rewards membership. To join Wynn Rewards and start earning rewards, please visit any digital Wynn Rewards Enrollment Kiosk or Wynn Rewards Desk located on the casino floor or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-7000 for more information.

You will be required to physically prove your identity with a valid government issued photo ID at the Wynn Rewards Desk to receive your card.

Acceptable forms of photo IDs:

Driver's license or state issued Photo ID.
Passport (an additional form of ID will be required to prove address, i.e. utility bill, credit card statement, etc.)

IMPORTANT: You cannot play in the WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas tournament without a valid Wynn Rewards card.

ClubWPT Meet & Greet At The VIP Lounge

There will be a Meet & Greet in the afternoon on Tuesday, December 12 between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM in the VIP Lounge. ClubWPT and WPT® staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. You will be granted credentials to the exclusive VIP Lounge before entering, and you will be able pick up your official ClubWPT Swag Bag from one of our staff.

The official ClubWPT branded swag bag includes:

Backpack
Baseball cap
Hoodie and t-shirt
ClubWPT logo patches

We encourage you to prominently display the ClubWPT patch on your clothing while playing in the event. This will aid us in keeping track of your progress in the event and highlight your achievement on social media.

NOTE: You will be pre-registered for the tournament taking place Wednesday, Dec 13 @ 11:00 AM. This will expedite things and create a more enjoyable beginning to your first (of hopefully many) day(s) of play.

Tournament Registration

As a part of the aforementioned Meet & Greet – WPT® staff will escort you to the ClubWPT VIP line to get your tournament registration completed and your seat assignment for Wednesday's WPT® World Championship tournament.

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to meet up with us to get pre-registered prior to the start of the tournament, make sure to acquire your Wynn Rewards card as soon as possible upon arrival. And then early in the morning Wednesday, December 13 – go to the designated registration room for the tournament and get in the VIP line to register.

Lines may be long, but shuffle up & deal will happen @ 11:00 AM sharp, whether you are seated or not, which is why we want you to get there early.

Make sure to bring your Wynn Rewards card and valid photo ID with you!

Inform the cashier you have been pre-registered for the $10,400 buy-in WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas tournament and are scheduled to play Day 1B.

Once you provide your Wynn Rewards card and Photo ID, the cashier will provide you with your tournament receipt. The tournament receipt has your seat assignment for the event printed on it, so don't lose it!

You've now completed the tournament registration, and can take your seat.

ClubWPT Qualifier Social Event @ AREA15

In order to mingle, meet the WPT® staff & talent, and to interact with your fellow ClubWPT members, you and your guest are being invited to attend our exclusive Players Party, held at AREA15 near the Las Vegas Strip. The Players Party will take place on Monday, Dec 11 @ 8:00 PM. So if you arrive early enough, we hope you join us!

The transportation to AREA15 will be via a dedicated shuttle departing the Encore bus area. Make sure to meet there no later than 7:15 PM sharp. The shuttle will depart at 7:30 PM on the dot!

There will be hostesses and ClubWPT staff to help direct traffic. The shuttle will also return you to the Encore bus area from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM. The event will conclude at 1:00 AM.

Date & Time:

Monday, Dec 11 from 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

For those arriving later, you can still join us. You and your plus one are on our guest list. But you will need to arrange your own ride (driving yourself is discouraged as parking is extremely limited). So if you go on your own you should take a taxi or Lyft or Uber.
