Compete For The Top Spot In Our 2025 POY Race
The ClubWPT Player of the Year award recognizes online poker players who have exhibited consistency and excellence on the virtual felt in ClubWPT tournaments throughout 2025.
The POY leaderboard honors outstanding accomplishments in three (3) separate races – awarding prizes in each:
- Session 1 Race (January-May 2025)
- Session 2 Race (June-October 2025)
- Season 2025 Race (January-October 2025)

Twenty (20) marvelous prizes totaling over $25,000 will be awarded, including a $12,000 WPT® World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas Passport and a custom made ClubWPT Player of the Year trophy to the Season 2025 winner. The runner-up of the Season 2025 Leaderboard, along with the top finisher of each Session Leaderboard races – will each take home a $2,500 WPT® Prime Championship Passport.

How Does The POY Leaderboard Work?
A total of twenty (20) VIP events spread out over the course of ten (10) full months will be eligible for Player of the Year (POY) points, with one (1) point being awarded for every player beat in each tournament.
For Example:
If there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you win – you will earn 1,499 points.
If there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you finish 200th place – you will earn 1,299 points.
And if there are 1,500 players in the tournament – and you are the 10th player eliminated – you will earn 9 points.
