PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The ClubWPT “$1,100 WPT® Prime Championship Seat Prize 2025” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on November 2, 2024 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on or about October 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, entrants will have the opportunity to participate in qualifying tournaments on ClubWPT.com in order to compete for the opportunity to win one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) Seat (as defined below) that includes the opportunity to participate in the WPT® Prime Championship at Wynn Las Vegas in December 2025. Please visit https://www.clubwpt.com/tournaments/ for a current list of qualifying tournaments. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the Terms (as defined herein) and the decisions of WPT Club Services, Inc., 17877 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 300, Irvine, CA 92614 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: Only individuals who are (i) twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of one of the states or countries listed at https://www.clubwpt.com/prize-eligibility/ at the time of entry, (ii) are members of ClubWPT.com, and (iii) are otherwise legally eligible to enter a casino and/or card room per Nevada State Law, are eligible to enter the Promotion. PROMOTION PERIOD: Qualifying Promotion tournaments dates & times for the $1,100 WPT® Prime Championship Seat Prize 2025 will take place from November 2024 through October 2025.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, various qualifying tournaments will take place on ClubWPT.com. Each qualifying tournament will be identified as such on the ClubWPT website https://www.clubwpt.com/.
PRIZES: The top finishers from each of the qualifying tournaments will win one (1) One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) 2025 WPT® Prime Championship Seat, as set forth below (the “Prize”). There are a select number of Prizes (the amount of Prizes shall be at Club Services, Inc.'s sole discretion).
SEAT: The top finishers in the Promotion tournaments will receive a $1,100 WPT® Prime Championship 2025 Seat Prize with a retail value of One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) including one (1) buy-in to the 2025 WPT® Prime Championship main event taking place in December 2025.
- For clarification and the removal of doubt, the prize does not include the following: (i) transportation for the winner to the 2025 WPT® Prime Championship main event tournament; or (ii) ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the 2025 WPT® Prime Championship tournament. All arrangements and expenses associated with travel to and from the 2025 WPT® Prime Championship main event tournament, ground transportation and any other incidental expenses incurred in connection with the 2025 WPT® Prime Championship tournament are the sole responsibility of each winner.
- Each Seat winner will be pre-registered into the 2025 One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD) WPT® Prime Championship tournament taking place in December 2025.
- The Seat is non-transferrable and may not be used by any other player. If the Seat is not claimed by Friday, October 31, 2025, the winner forfeits the prize in its entirety. There will be no prize substitution.
- If a player wins more than one (1) Seat during the Promotion, they will be required to substitute in place of the additional Seat they win, a one-time cash payment of One Thousand One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,100 USD), for each additional Seat they win.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Each Seat winner must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Seat described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. If any potential winner (or, in the case of a minor, such minor winner’s parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within three (3) days of prize notification, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Sponsor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. 2,000 players will compete in Las Vegas for a share of a $5,000,000 total combined prize pool – including a 1st place prize of $1 million cash, and 25% of the field making the money.
Everyone who makes the money and busts will also have a second-chance drawing where 1-in-5 people will draw one of 100 free entries into the $10,400 buy-in WPT World Championship flagship event, which has three starting flights beginning on December 14. Those who make the final table are not included.

2,000 players will compete in Las Vegas for a share of a $5,000,000 total combined prize pool – including a 1st place prize of $1 million cash, and 25% of the field making the money.
Everyone who makes the money and busts will also have a second-chance drawing where 1-in-5 people will draw one of 100 free entries into the $10,400 buy-in WPT World Championship flagship event, which has three starting flights beginning on December 14. Those who make the final table are not included.
Starting at 297 players left, the freeroll also becomes a Mystery Bounty with $720,000 in bounties up for grabs. Two (2) $100,000 bounties are available as the top prizes.
